Worst App ever!! never remembers my log in details no matter how many times you click the box to remember them, I always have to log in twice, once to the app and then into my Asda account. Whener I go to pay my bill it tells me something went wrong, to contact support, I don't want to do that every month! my DD stopped for some reason, which means I now have to do this 'every month!'. Very poor app for this day and age, does anyone test it? surely you can do better Asda!? Can't wait to leave!

Can't log in. Says my details are wrong even though I can login on a Web browser with the same details. Couldn't activate my sim on their website as never got activation code. Called asda and they just blamed it on "upgrades being done". After a day of trying to set up account and activate I gave up requested a refund. Not worth the hassle. I mean look at all the 1* reviews. You think a service can't be that bad and yep it is!

It used to work great but for the past couple of weeks no information on the dashboard about my bundle. It's blank I can't see anything, I can't check how much data I have left. I'm unlimited with texts and calls but that doesn't even show. So annoying I have to call everytime now to check. They tell you to go online or use the app but what's the point if it does not work please fix this issue Asda. The app is handy but only if it works it's been too long and the app is still not functioning.
