App is pretty great as far as banking apps go. Great functionality and easy to use. Only criticism would be that outgoing payments don't show up instantly. I've used mobile banking apps in other countries and know this is possible. Not sure if it's a limitation of UK banking or it's something RBS can improve on directly. Either way, the app is great and saves a lot of time.
Rubbish really poor. The biggest problem is no help. help is not adequate to do anything try it!!!!really frustrating. You need to incorporate credit cards not just veiwing last transactions ridiculous i need two apps. Phone numbers for mobile phone numbers should be free and abroad nos should have there costs
Nice app, however it would be nice when exiting if it would exit the app, rather than going back to the login screen. To exit you have to keep pressing the back button to go through screens before the app shuts down, and the Home button just wants to read the fingerprint again.
Good app but still has things missing. I spent ages looking for details like my Iban number. Logged in to the rbs via normal browser and the information was just few clicks away Also I love the new get cash option. However there are very few atm that it works with. RBS should really broaden their reach. This option is most useful in emergency situations such as forgotten wallet, etc. But then in that emergency you then have to go look for the few atm that are compatible. Room for improvement
Biggest (only) problem with this app is that sometimes it takes two or three days to show payments that are off. My g/f uses Clydesdale app and her balance shows almost instantly. If we are out shopping her purchases show straight away but mine don't show for couple of days (although balance shows new total)
This is the third time I have tried to use the App and the third time it tells me my banking details are incorrect upon registration. I am fed of being able to sign in on the RBS website but not on this App using the very details this App requires for registration. An App that rejects my attempts to use it cannot be a very good App if being used is what defines a good App.
