Error Just chatted online with customer service to be told there's no issue with paym. I've tried taking app off and reinstalling but still no luck so basically we are all wrong and are making up this fault.Paym isn't working for me, pls fix the app
Really getting fed up now!! EVERY time I try to check my balance I have to re-enter all my details again as if I have just installed it and THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Sort it out RBS please. STILL NOT BEEN SORTED OUT!!!! USELESS APP 😲. Two weeks later and I am STILL not able to access this app without having to re-enter all my details. What is the point of this app? Someone from RBS please respond to me!!
Average Banking app Could have been a lot better had RBS implemented the same features available on ios platform. Doesn't support google pay or any other contactless payment service on android. Cannot be considered very secure as contrary to that provided by other banks such as citibank, hsbc. Quite disappointed with RBS and its services.
Easy to use and quick Easy to navigate, easy to set up initially, and quick to access compared to digital banking (desktop site). Sometimes fails to log in and just refreshes as if nothing was entered, but this is a fairly rare occurrence. Only copied 1 transfer contact across from digital banking so need to set those up again, but otherwise brilliant app from RBS. (Hope william n glyn provides an equally great app when im forced to switch from rbs against my will)
Worst banking app i've used. Natwest (same company) offers so much more. Bye bye RBS 1.Pay your contacts is advertised but is not a working feature. 2. Cannot delete direct debits within the app 3. Cannot set up new payee through the app. Infact what can you do through this poor attempt of an app? Going back to Natwest business banking as can do all these things and more and with a 2 year free business banking period aswell. RBS = backward banking, I reccomend people consider banking elswhere as RBS are behind the times.
PAYM stopped working Pay a contact suddenly stopped working. Advised it was known fault and told to reinstall. Still not working. Looking at reviews, this has been issue for months. App team couldn't organise a chimps tea party apparently. So much for their relaunch as a customer orientated bank!
