the ability to access the washing machine at the very beginning and end of the cycle would make this a five star review. To be able to toss in the sock you missed, as opposed to having to either do another load, or wait until next laundry day to wash it, would be very convenient. To be able to pull the finished load out two minutes early, as opposed to watching the machine lazily rotating back and forth , for no other purpose than to run out the timer, would also be convenient.

After checking through all my notifications no matter what I seem to do I do not typically receive the notification that something has been completed unless I unlock my device and have my Bluetooth connected. Can't complain too much though when you can let customer service know when there's an issue anytime of the day and if something does happen, customer service is pretty decent to speak with about getting the problem resolved.

charges an extra 25 cents to run a dryer for 5 whole extra minutes and it's a forced pop up that could easily trip up anybody not fully paying attention, as far as I'm concerned, that's deserving of a 1 star review. This goes without mentioning the atrocious amount of time it takes to actually use the app to get things going or the fact that it literally doesn't send you notifications most of the time. Pointless.
