Notifications are slow to come through (only do once you open the app), I've been having issues getting logged back into my account because no messages push through (text OR email), there is no customer service or support for the app specifically, and requesting maintenance for the machines through the app has proven nearly impossible as well. Whoever approved this app for use has clearly never used their own machines or services.

About all the app is good for is adding money to your account and starting the machine. Nothing else about it appears to function adequately or correctly. For example, a machine you are using will say it's available. It'll say your machine has 15 minutes left when it's already done. Just use it to pay but rely on it for nothing else.

one time I accidentally paid for a wash even though I was done. I decided to just start another load of laundry. in the 3 minutes I was away, the payment for the laundry lapsed, and I had to pay again. it seemed like a bug or error, so I reached out to customer service to let them know, and get my $2 added back to my account. pretty simple. customer service refused to return $2, insisting they don't issue refunds for "user error". brotha, I was gone for THREE minutes. despicable.
