My back pain got so bad that after a 30 min rest in bed yesterday I stiffened up so much I couldn't stand up. After ice and meds, I still had to use a walker to get to the bathroom. I couldn't sleep and so I downloaded this app, and I could do the entire (except 1 exercise) workout for severe pain from bed. I can already feel it helping. Ill update this review after using it for a while. UPDATE: this app is great but after a week I decided not to subscribe. I'd like to see a larger library.

I have had spinal fusion in the low back my jaw broke two times, so neck problems, herniated and bulging discs up and down the spine. The chiropractor ends up causing more pain. The physical therapy costs a lot of money at the end of the day and when you're done you never continue doing the exercises. Finally this works great if you do the exercises just pick one, they really work !!!

Good app; it really did help with my back pain. The exercises are well explained and with perfect visual aids. There are some customization options and you can create your own exercise regiments. The only two nitpicks I have are not being able to set the length of the rest intervals, and losing the app sound if I send the app to run in the background or with a locked screen.
