I wanted to add simple yoga moves to my morning meditation routine. I tried the free version of this app and it worked flawlessly, an new five pose routine every morning. I paid for the app when I discovered it was a one time charge and not a monthly subscription. Only complaint is that the font on the instructions is very small and also not very dark, so it's hard for me to read without my glasses. Also I have to manually select the next workout since it doesn't advance automatically.

Free version is 2 days. Paid version has 365 days, but it only has 20 poses total (excluding left side vs right side) that it reuses in different combinations. It wasn't as much variety as I expected and it got old quickly. There's also no thought put into the order of the poses to make any sort of flow.

This is a really great little app when you just want to fit some "yoga snacks" into your day. Speaking from personal experience, you can relieve a lot of stress and build a lot of flexibility and some strength just doing a few minutes every day. (Better than not doing any at all!) The app is very stable, clear and easy to use; it runs very smoothly and is not buggy.
