Great concept when it works. Several features have failed to work properly over the years, which is really frustrating. Currently it's the "follow" button/link for any festival, as well as the "view festival lineup" link for any festival. So it's impossible to use the app to check out a lineup or keep tabs on it. This should not be hard and shouldn't fail. I even reinstalled just in case (Android).

• Access exclusive interviews, news, artist messages & more. I downloaded this app wanting to get any updates to a concert that was supposed to happen the next day and had canceled in a previous city. I followed the artist in the app. Concert did cancel and the app provided no notification at all. They need to remove the above bullet if they can't deliver on it and if this is only for announcing new live shows.

Checked out other concert apps but this is the best. I like being able to set the geographical radius. Downsides are that it can take a long time to load, & while it has a lot of rock/pop suggested concerts, it pretty much sucks for jazz, classical and world. Also, it's great for live shows but is bad for livestreams because you have to go through extra, unclear steps to buy tickets and watch the streams.
