this service is extremely unreliable. either it comes to early or extremely too late. I have had some pleasant experiences with certain drivers but normally every time I call to get an estimated time arrival the time goes up and up and up and I'm always ending up late for work which is unfortunate especially when the app tells me one thing but the buses show up whenever they want to I honestly wish I didn't need to use this service because giving them my money makes me sick

very inconsistent but it works. the bus system isn't that great but it is public transportation. I wish they made like a big bus with designated stops as well. that would make it amazing
