The app is great when the bus drivers remember to turn on their side of it. It would be better if their end was made to automatically turn on when the bus starts it's route instead of the driver logging in. One of my kids bus drivers is an older gentleman and he hasn't had luck logging into the app which is not helpful to the parents at all. Some improvements are needed.

Can't even log in, tapping the button to enter my username results in "Something went wrong. Please try again." message before I can even do anything

You need to fix your app, servers, database/backend of application because this doesn't work anymore. Get your stuff together because this app is trash.
