The NYC School Bus app, powered by Via, gives caregivers greater visibility into their student's daily school commute. Through real-time GPS tracking information, caregivers will have peace of mind knowing the location of their student’s school bus and receive notifications when their student safely boards or exits the bus.

The app is great when the bus drivers remember to turn on their side of it. It would be better if their end was made to automatically turn on when the bus starts it's route instead of the driver logging in. One of my kids bus drivers is an older gentleman and he hasn't had luck logging into the app which is not helpful to the parents at all. Some improvements are needed.

7.3 is broken. Can't contact dispatcher from within the app, both privacy policy and TOS pages are broken (which I think violates Google play store TOS), and they changed the bus icon - it now glows over a 5 square block area, blocking the view of where the bus actually is Only an idiot would think this update improved the app. It was functional before the update, now it's barely usable.

You need to fix your app, servers, database/backend of application because this doesn't work anymore. Get your stuff together because this app is trash.
