For some reason, the app doesn't load the home page or the product and search. I've allowed all cookies, uninstalled, and reinstalled. I'm able to sign in without issue. I have no issues when I use Chrome or Samsung browsers. What's going on?

Ordered a phone which I was supposed to get the next day. But they never shipped it. This was supposed to be a gift so I tried to cancel it before they ship 2 days later but they said they can't cancel it now. Horrible service. I couldn't even gift the phone to my wife on her birthday.
