They allow 3rd party vendors and those vendors are able to bet on their own items (price hiking). The descriptions (brand new,as is, etc) are often meaningless. My "brand new" espresso machine was clearly used and turned out to be broken. The pictures provided are rarely helpful and you aren't permitted to open a box to inspect anything before hand. To make things worse, the customer service is absolutely horrible. If you ever try to address an issue they ignore, fail to answer, fail to help.

Read the description of each item carefully, as a purchase will be forced whether you bid knowingly or accidentally. Support staff not helpful, and cite their terms and conditions to refuse or shut down any issue you may have. Once a bid is placed, you are forced to follow through, and are not allowed to delete your profile until the purchase resolves. Minor issue, you are not able to save your preferred locations, requiring you to select them at the beginning of every search session

great help in having all items in one area and easy finding process. Could use a regenerating qr code feature for when its been too long since you pulled up the checkout qr code and it wont accept/allow scan of your items..or maybe a qr code thats specific to you and that location with all your items are assigned to it....just a thought. also it'd be really helpful when friend is picking up items for you have designated QR to send to them for no issues.
