the app itself is nicely done, but the service that has been provided by the company is awful. because network connection in the city is bad, rarely it connects with 4G+, not even touching the topic of 5G. provider changes tarrifs and prices very often and it happens in one way without giving you an option to have a better choice.

The speed of internet has been deteriorating. Relatively faster internet speed compared to other companies is the only reason why I chose Beeline a few years ago. I contacted your operators several times, left few applications of complaints. You guys keep telling that it's going to get better. It's been one year. Nothing has changed.

Poor Beeline, I've been using it for a long time. And always disappoints me by changing my tariff packages and its fee without asking, notifying. Plus, The tarif fee has risen to at almost 50k. Is that so? And in addition for this internet speed decreased dramatically this year. That's why I've switched my Company. And other services offer way better options using like the acceptable fee for its tariff. + More packages even unlimited traffic. And also Internet speed is much better
