BinBin is an electric scooter rental platform that makes short distance trips fun as an alternative means of economical transportation. BinBin offers an eco-friendly, practical and high performance riding experience while reducing air pollution.

Ready for a ride? Let's go!
1) Download the App and register - don't forget to enter your payment details.
2) Find the nearest BinBin on the map via the App.
3) Scan the QR code on BinBin and start your ride.
4) Speed up BinBin with the support of your foot and start driving by using the throttle.
5) Leave the traffic behind, but keep the traffic rules in mind. Be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles.
6) When you reach your destination, make sure you find a safe parking spot to park BinBin. Don't forget to check the parking spots on the map. 
7) If everything looks good, take a photo of the parked BinBin via the App and finish your ride.

Absolutely useless. It was a relatively good app, but now NOTHING works anymore. My account details are all gone and it doesn't even let me change them. Support is useless after writing SIX (!!!) emails to them. Even trying to register a new account with a NEW phone number doesn't work at all. It's completely useless. Whoever released such an update that entirely breaks the app and all the services MUST be held accountable. FIX IT NOW!

Complete sham, you will pay up to double price over every declared cost. 1/3 of every units are broken, but yiu will be charged for at least 5-10 minute tide if you unlock. Locking mechanics is sometimes broken but you will be penalized for not locking it. They make money by ripping you off with hidden fees. The BinPass pre-paid option is a scam, they will give you 15 unlocks but in many cases the unit will not ride, and you lose credits and unlocks. The feedback is non existent they never reply

Was the new version deployed to production without even basic testing? All my information, including my card details, is gone. I can't add a new card, and I can't confirm my identity. The "Submit" button for identity confirmation does absolutely nothing. It's like clicking into the void. I tried adding my card three times. The system charged me three times (3x1 BAM) for the card confirmation, but each time it just threw the same error: "Card details could not be added".
