I havent had issues with the functionality like a lot of people. My biggest problem is I have to log in almost every time I use it and since the requirements for the password are so ridiculous, I dont have it memorized, so I have to go find my password and by that point, I might as well check online. Also, you would think they would automatically put the crypto you've bought in your "interest" area, but by default, its the top coins. You have to manually add the others if you want to see them

I have been using Binance.US since about December 2020, and everything was okay for the most part until recently. They had a big system crash recently, and all the sudden disabled trading on my account. I have lost thousands in trades because of this, and the issue still hasn't been resolved nearly 2 weeks later. I have emailed customer service several times, and absolutely no response. As soon as my last bit of money is freed up from the 10 day hold, I'm never using it again!

I've been using is app for months now mostly when I'm away from my PC. I'm able to cancel, place limits, and sell my position. Never had any issues with it until the last few weeks. It won't let me place trades because it's pending verification. It's been pending for 30+ days now and needles to say it's cost me $1000's on possible trading opportunities. In a market were secs, mins matter, days are just unexcepable. So if really want to make sure your positions are sound us the your PC/MAC.
