I downloaded the app on recommendation of employer. It worked fine since January, opening app through fingerprint authentication. Then recently, I have to sign in every time for "security reasons". I use this app multiple times a day. Not worth having this app taking up space on my phone if I have to sign in every time. Was there a security breach or something? Will uninstall app if this keeps happening...

The VirginPulse (Personify) tool was much better than this replacement for tracking AND the reward gift cards were definitely FAR superior vs just having Visa as a choice! Also for the other 1/2 of the tool's purpose... actually using to see and manage your actual insurance usage and benefits... the original BCBSRI app and website is BY FAR more useful and easy to navigate vs this new app! BCBSRI you have gone away backwards in meeting your client needs.
