Second time this app not working...doesn't work! I was able to get in after I submit the tech ticket. Was working for few days. Few weeks later, I was going to check my annual checkup dates. Nope...same old message "We Could Not Verify Your Information." I did call the customer service..I'm very frustrated that they have me redo password, different browser etc. Garbage app...including the website.

app sucks. I received an EOB via email, but not to be found in app, nor on web. Only has previous claim shown, but has updated out-of-pocket. hopefully employer will allow us to use health partners and I can be rid of blue cross once and for all.

does not consistently sync with fitbit. have to open up and do manual sync.
