Second time this app not working...doesn't work! I was able to get in after I submit the tech ticket. Was working for few days. Few weeks later, I was going to check my annual checkup dates. Nope...same old message "We Could Not Verify Your Information." I did call the customer service..I'm very frustrated that they have me redo password, different browser etc. Garbage app...including the website.

Was informed by former premium app to install this updated version. It's too confusing. All I wanted to do was update my credit card for auto premium payments and this app is only showing me health care provider info. where do I find/see my monthly premium activity?
