Second time this app not working...doesn't work! I was able to get in after I submit the tech ticket. Was working for few days. Few weeks later, I was going to check my annual checkup dates. Nope...same old message "We Could Not Verify Your Information." I did call the customer service..I'm very frustrated that they have me redo password, different browser etc. Garbage app...including the website.

The app and website is so annoying. I was use to be able to search by clinic or doctors in the past. I don't know why I cannot search in 2026 to see what clinic is in network.

can't turn off a endless list of health articles. also tells you its time to get certain shots when it does not know my health history.
