Second time this app not working...doesn't work! I was able to get in after I submit the tech ticket. Was working for few days. Few weeks later, I was going to check my annual checkup dates. Nope...same old message "We Could Not Verify Your Information." I did call the customer service..I'm very frustrated that they have me redo password, different browser etc. Garbage app...including the website.

not as organized as I'd like. difficulties finding the billing page. still has old information from two health cycles ago. it's okay, but takes a while to find what I need

Can't even finish creating the login. It asks to verify my email, so I have to leave the app to get the verification code only to have been sent multiple codes, and none of them work. Then, the app sent more codes with each attempt and finally blocked me from trying to verify my account, but I can't unblock it.
