deductible balance was not the same across the app. goals and health tips are not features I need. it just makes your app cumbersome with too much scrolling. And I don't care about categories for expenses. I can't even see my premium amount I pay each month. I just want you to make it easy to look at claims, balances, and my payments.

Absolutely terrible!! I don't care about setting goals and earning points. I just want to see billing information and find providers in an half way easy way.

I strongly dislike this app! Certificate of Insurance & Summary Plan Description is nowhere to be found even though customer service told me where it should be, but it isn't! It is not on their website either. The app also needs a search function.
