Ratings and reviews

Bluestar helps cut costs for expensive diabetes care. The challenges, lessons, recipes, and weekly reports are helpful. I waste several minutes every day trying to log in when the phone app keeps shutting down, however. You can save time by using the browser app, but the browser does not allow you to calculate carbs from a phone picture.

Since installing this app. it has helped so much in not only tracking my progress, but also it has helped me to stay more focused with controlling my diabetes. I also want to give kudos to the BlueStar customer service staff, especially Leena. Whenever I've had an issue they have always had an answer. This is a great tool for recording my diabetes states. The only two downsides is the way you have to record blood pressure, sliding scale instead of inputting my numbers, and having a lot of saying and stuff when I save my numbers. I don't care about Budda or any of that other stuff. I want to know about my numbers. I need to correct my review. BlueStar does not have a sliding scale for recording Blood pressure. I was referencing a different app. So the only thing I don't like is the messages. A few months ago the blue star app quit working. It starts to open and then backs out completely. After several emails to blue star I stopped using it. I cannot uninstall and reinstall because I need a special code from CUNA but I am now in Texas and my wife retired from CUNA. It was good while it lasted.
