this is a good membership to join but there are major flaws in the app. firstly I referred 3 others to join but was not credited the 1000 points for each as indicated. After playing the word games on 2 consecutive days, my points are also not credited. lucky spin points are said to be credited within 7 days. shall monitor this. wrote in several times via email but no reply.

Blue gives me scan codes for extra savings( double cashback/10% cashback)but The View Mall, Kuwait associates never scans them. It has happened repeated times to me. They say it's already added but then why does Blue give me a separate code to scan which they dont scan as they dont want us to get our points. Why do they refuse to scan the extra discount ? Horrible customer service by Nelee and Rudelyn today.

Absolutely horrible. App is very slow, buggy, never counts the points won and to add to that, I never got my birthday exclusive vouchers from Marks and Spencer and wishes which used to make my day. VERY DISAPPOINTED
