Absolutely shocking and prompted me to look elsewhere. You are lucky if the app connects. Settings are not backed up. Mostly it cannot find devices even after connecting. The readings are rubbish. The older purifiers were great, BlueAir now have style over substance and are over priced and poorly performing in my experience. Customer support also shocking. My advice is to stay well clear and don't be fooled by the glossy brochures.

App is very easy to use once you have devices added. But I need to connect the devices after each update and it is lengthy and complex process for me as our Internet is router with SIM card. Easy setup is if you have broadband I guess. Plus I get message that device can't be connected because region and current country do not match. It happens after each update. I need to create new account with new email every time or delete the current account. So silly.

Good app that is well designed, easy to use, and functional. I took two stars away because to show you the outdoor air quality (as reported by internet third-parties), you need to first log in, which isn't really needed, and then you need to give the app your precise (exact) location. Allowing it your approximate location (which is about a 1.5 mile radius) is easily good enough for your local air quality, but instead they want to know who you are and exactly where you live, which is unnecessary.
