The message system is not working. It is always showing "one moment please.." and I cannot contact the booked property via the app anymore. There is some bug there. I can see the list of all properties and there messages in a list as inbox but when I click on any certain property the messages do not load anymore . It is a white screen and below says "one moment please...". Already uninstalled and reinstalled the app

So far as an app goes, it is okay. Now try to make a reservation. Fair odds (1 in 4) that your booking will have issues. For example, they make a booking in a hotel that does not really have rooms. The hotel itself is a fake listing and takes your reservation. The hotel just declines your booking after the fact to make more $$$ from your room. Now say you need help, the app is terrible for that. No live chat and wonky message UXUI.

Getting an invoice from payments made via booking.com is almost impossible. I made a request for an invoice on the app to be issued with the details of my company, but for over one month now, I have yet to receive it. I have emailed and called the customer service. The hotel said they won't issue me an invoice because I made the payment via booking.com. The customer service of booking.com said that the facility was advertised by their partner agent, so booking.com can't give me an invoice.

What's new
