Using a Pixel 5 (fully updated) with Bose QC Ultra Earbuds (fully updated) with the latest version of this app as of writing this. This app is TERRIBLE! It's so finicky, frustrating, and worthless with certain features. If you have your earbuds connected and open the app, it immediately takes away audio. It doesn't disconnect the earbuds, you just can't hear anything - which is way more frustrating, because you can't just reconnect. ActiveSense can't be turned off, though it says it is.

First off the Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones are FANTASTIC! 5 stars. Second off this App is doo doo! 0 stars. Why Bose can't put their technology in an App is beyond me. Just getting it to work right would be a huge first step. Can't connect, stay connected, screen freezes, unable to access features, startup screen freezes, long wait periods between selecting menus, install, uninstall, force stop, restart, etc,etc. Have lastest Android version and my other Apps work fine. Come on Bose really!

The bose headphone Q45 app has been displaying a blue "DO MORE" icon for about 2 weeks. I can not adjust my mode, equalize the sound, or change the volume on my app. It has been rendered useless. Also, it will not display if the headphones require charging. I have followed all the fixes with no change. Can your technicians help me please? I also called Bose customer service, they told me that this problem would be trouble shot and fixed within a day. It's been a week now with no fix or feedback.
