It's actually a really good app to play your music locally with, I do have a few issues with the UI that are minor but being unable to download all of your music to your phone in one shot is a huge negative to me. Update: They fixed the issues I have had with the UI, I am now very happy with it. Only thing missing is the ability to download your own library.

Plexamp is an extension of Plex media sever. Plexamp music management functions are really primitive (putting it nicely). Because the Plex Media server is woefully terrible as it relates to kusic. The entire plex ecosystem is designed primarily for movies/TV and music is simply not a true focus area. to ceeate a competent (personalized) playlist, you need the patience of a saint, ltime and some really solid tech skills.

I have used Plex pass for years & never knew of plexamp until I started a flac collection. I must say, I enjoy everything about it personally. One thing that I found out from a comment was long pressing the play button clears the current item being played/queued. I really liked learning of this because it was one gripe I had, after exiting the app and reopening, my last song still showed. Perhaps having a tutorial option would be helpful? Who knows. Great job, I won't use anything else 👍
