Gone are the days when you had to get into your car and drive to your nearest medical centre for a private consultation, with CAMAF Wellness you can now have your own personal therapist who will guide you through counselling sessions in the comfort of your own home or any personal space. All this will be done through the platform that offers private and secure video consultation. Users can choose their preferred therapist from reading a detailed bio and reviews about them from other users based on their experience. The app also has features that provide self-help exercises that assist users to better manage everyday stressors by capacitating them with various interpersonal skills.

HOW DOES IT WORK.

o Users simply sign up on the app, select their preferred therapist and confirm their video counselling session. Therapists will then walk the journey with users where they can also advise clients on available self-help exercises that they can use in stressful situations where they may need to manage their emotions. To encourage self-awareness users can also use the in app digital diary as a journal. On a monthly basis users have the option to take part in live support groups where they can chat without the fear of being judged.

Before a therapist is uploaded on the platform they go through a detailed vetting process. Users can provide reviews and feedback on their experience after each session.
