Edit: I was contacted immediately by the social media support team, and hopefully the problem will be solved. The app forcefully logs me out seconds after I log in. I have to sign in 2 or 3 times for it to work. This has been going on for a while now.. I tried updating the app each time a new version was released but the problem doesn't seem to go away!

the app keeps crashing after logging in and doesn't respond to any orders. I can't access my account through the app. It starts counting down to end the session, so fast, right after logging in. It's so frustrating not being able to at least pay my credit card through the legitimate application and having to use other applications to send and receive money. very bad experience

The app is completely unstable — it crashes immediately after login and becomes unresponsive. I can’t access my account because the session countdown starts almost instantly, forcing me out. This is unacceptable for a banking application and creates an extremely frustrating user experience.
