very buggy, bad UI. As a developer, I am amazed how the app got published. Could not copy any info in step 2, whenever I go to another screen to copy the code and get back to the app, it resets to step 1 again, same happens if the screen gets locked. I had to write all the codes in a piece of paper first. The app is functional but not user friendly and buggy.

Horrible time wasting experience Everytime I use this app, knowing 200% I am entering the right OTP number, it gives me an error then locks me out. Trying to reactivate it is the most ridiculous and bugged experience. I've called the call center 10 times over the past two weeks, following all the ridiculous manual steps and everytime I try to reactivate it tells me that the serial is already activated, despite confirming from their side they reset everything and having uninstalled the app.

Horrible. Am I supposed to go to the bank for a simple money transfer from CIB to another bank? just because the application is not functioning as it should be. errors, removing and reinstalling, contacting the call center multiple times and no solution.
