Ratings and reviews

1. Bug on finger scan, despite scanned finger still asks for password. 2. Home screen has greeting without name "Hello, MR." looks weird. 3. "My QR" code doesn't allow adjustment of amount specific QR code for receiving money. 4. There is no "cards" section in the app. 5. There is no notifications for incoming transfers. 6. Overall app is slow compared rivals. 7. There is no international money transfer section. 8. Transaction descriptions are useless, no merchant name, no info at all.

The setup requires you to turn off wifi. The app also blocks you if you have VPN or accessibility service turned on. Very inconvenient for minor (if any) security improvement.

The customer service is very good at CIMB bank. this is a Great app. Works very well. Functionality is good. Keep up the good work.
