Clearly not regulated by any governing body like their casinos. WStore prices change for unknown reasons. I went to buy something from the WStore, got pulled away, came back and got an error message that the price had changed! (Of course the price went up) My wife and I decided to head out to the casino. She cashed in for free play. When I tried to cash in, I could only get 1/3 of what she received in free play because my prices were 3 times higher!

I like the variety of games available, but there is no way to get sapphires. Casinoverse is not user friendly: Chat is hard to keep up with because every time someone comments the screen starts scrolling . After clicking on drawings you can not see what the prizes are. Some games do not load properly, some games lose connection during play........just too many problems to list.

Honestly, I do like the new app and how interactive it is but, it's a huge step backward with the benefits the old one offered. The wscore pricing on the new wstore is already increased from the old, on top of that you have to have extremely rare sapphires and rubies to even redeem them. I get that you want to limit the amount of freeplay and such that we can get but, it really shouldn't be so limited that it's almost impossible. It's just really disappointing.
