refuses to open on my phone, was working just fine at one point now it doesn't

I got right thru to my agent thats working my case in present time and was able to make an agreement on past due only accounts. Also found out there was no ongoing support being added to my case. Case Manager and I actually became friends on future endeavors. Wow

it actually works and is way quicker than having to login and wait for the proper information to load.
