Now there's a simple, convenient way to manage and use your CareCredit credit card. With the CareCredit Mobile App, you can access your digital card, pay your bill, find enrolled providers and retail locations that accept CareCredit, set alerts and pay bills from participating doctors and healthcare providers in the network. With a new, vibrant and simple design, the CareCredit Mobile App offers features such as:

Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the "?" icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.

Secure Digital Card Access
• Your CareCredit credit card is preloaded when you log in. Just access the Summary and swipe down to view your digital card.
• Use your CareCredit digital card for purchases within the CareCredit network of enrolled providers.

Convenient Account Management
• View your CareCredit statements and manage your statement delivery preferences 24/7.
• Make monthly payments to your CareCredit account.
• Always know where your account stands. Check your balance and credit limit anytime, anywhere.
• View your promotional purchase details, transaction & payment history.
• Make payments directly to your doctor or healthcare provider with CareCredit.

I've spent days...literally, days just trying to contact Synchrony over paying a bill. All I hear on line are offers...insurance offers...product offers...AND NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!! Then, they add on costs for missed payments. I have the letters, the call history to prove it!! Horrible.

10-14-2024: I do not like that the app does not display all recent transactions. It typically shows a couple of weeks worth and then skips to the previous month. I have reported the problem to tech support 3 times with no acknowledgement or correction. Fortunately, the website login does show all transactions. 11-18-2023: I like the CareCredit app. I can easily view my account balance, transactions, and monthly statements. I can also connect with the website that controls my cash back bonuses.

I give it 1 star because push notifications don't get sent, even though I have permissions set up correctly, which caused me to be a few days late, leaving me with a late fee and an increased interest rate. They don't offer an automatic payment option through the app. I called but they were only interested in if they had sent an email reminder, which I also did not get, but it showed sent on their end, so I don't matter. Disgusted. They come across like a loan shark. First time being late.
