Now there's a simple, convenient way to manage and use your CareCredit credit card. With the CareCredit Mobile App, you can access your digital card, pay your bill, find enrolled providers and retail locations that accept CareCredit, set alerts and pay bills from participating doctors and healthcare providers in the network. With a new, vibrant and simple design, the CareCredit Mobile App offers features such as:

Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the "?" icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.

Secure Digital Card Access
• Your CareCredit credit card is preloaded when you log in. Just access the Summary and swipe down to view your digital card.
• Use your CareCredit digital card for purchases within the CareCredit network of enrolled providers.

Convenient Account Management
• View your CareCredit statements and manage your statement delivery preferences 24/7.
• Make monthly payments to your CareCredit account.
• Always know where your account stands. Check your balance and credit limit anytime, anywhere.

It's an ok app if all you want to do is check your balance or pay a bill. But you can't access any of your personal information in the app and even when I use the show full site option, I couldn't get to my information. Had to use a computer and even then it wasn't intuitive so I had to use their virtual assistant to find it. It shouldn't be this difficult to access your own information. The head icon that generally represents your profile on other sites, just gives the option to sign out. We

I had a $500 limit. Made all payments before promotion times would be up for no interest. Go into the account today to find after the $230 in payments I've made over the last 7 months, I'm only at $60! available credit currently, and they've cut my limit to $250!!! At one point a couple years ago, I even had the card paid off! Synchrony Bank is AWFUL! I also had a Harbor Freight card through them 3 years ago. I used some of the $300 on it, paid it off. 3 months later it's CANCELED! NOT BY ME!

I have a very bad experience with the customer care & even the Manager (worst). They just want your money. They will show you that you are enrolled autopay but you were actually not and charge you for all the late fees. I know that I am enrolled in AutoPay because it shows "ON" when I opened the account. I wish I had it screenshot. SO BE VERY CAREFUL AND BE PREPARED WITH ALL YOUR EVIDENCE BEFORE CALLING CUSTOMER CARE BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU A LIAR.
