Ratings and reviews

I like the idea of it, but I have done my appointments in the past, and signed up..and they overlooked it.. and they change what they decide is relevant to your health, to reward, and not to reward..in my case, it took several attempts to get registered with them, and I missed out on a few things.. Hopefully, now it will go a little better, because I am able to see my case, online.. I like that the hospitals and doctors offices are starting to do this more..because you can be more proactive

Disconnects from your account without warning or notice. Error messages are not useful and the support via telephone leaves you waiting over 15 minutes before answering. When I called two weeks ago I was told that the connection would be restored overnight. I now believe that to be a total fabrication since I just learned that the system has been down for everyone for WEEKS!

There needs to be more options on how to log in to this app. It tells me to log in to Anthem then go to another area and I'm supposed to scan something that's not there. Why is that the only way to become a part of this app. Seriously stupid !
