I like that I never have to drive to the bank and I can do ALL my banking on my phone. deposit,transfers, pay bills, see my credit score, see were my money is going at the present moment. Citadel app is great. the 📊 of what you are spending most on helps and the % of last months spending vs present. There is just so much you can do with your money to split it into categories. it's cool.

AI chat bot is superimposed on the bottom of the screen, almost completely blocking the ability to get into settings, and makes it difficult to navigate to transfer. Only reason I'm give it 2 instead of 1, is the rest of the app works great, and the chat bubble issue just started, but is unable to be removed.

There are pros and cons to this new app, but I personally prefer the old app so much more. The accuracy on where money is taken out from was more accurate in the old version. The budget and spending feature in the old version was better. I feel like this version is not as user friendly. What I do like about this version is that if you transfer money between another person, it saves their banking details so you don't constantly have to enter it as you had to with the old version. That's 1 plus.
