Unable to use Samsung default keyboard or any keyboard when installed inside Samsung secure folder. I keep my banking apps installed in secure folder just to isolate from malware and other things. But this Citibank app is so poorly developed, every update creates issues and makes it less secure. All these guys will say is "drop us an email". Won't even read your review and say "will look into it". Just see developer response soon in this review.

Update: [Will ask to send an email with contact details, but no follow ups or whatsoever after that] the transaction approval fails frequently. it was very frustrating because sometimes the authorization didnt go thru even i have keyed in the password. had to switch to other cards/app. always have keyboard issues.

Authentication will always fail the first time. U have to cancel or let it timed out and redo the authentication in order to go through. What a waste of time! I'm on the latest version of the app and it also doesn't work. I guess this is citibank's way to prevent any unauthorised transactions by blocking all transactions the first time. World class.
