Used to love the app, especially as you could easily see what was happening on your credit report over the next month or so. Hate the new app, nothing is where it should be and it will show you something to look in to but then it doesn't take you to the actual item. For instance it said I had an account with unsettled debt, I was surprised with this so clicked to find out more and it took me to view payment history of all accounts, but didn't tell me which it was notifying for! Not intuitive now

This app was fantastic until the latest update. Clear score has helped me keep track of my credit file for the last 4 years. Unfortunately the new update has made the app complicated to the point where I almost avoid using it. When there is a new update/ insight it was really easy to see if it was a positive/ negative one. With the new update I find it extremely difficult to even see what the update was.. it all blends in and become hard to see, updates are not colour coded like they used to be.

This is a great example of poor app design, as it is completely useless to the user. Every week, I get an email telling me there's been a change on my report. I open the app, and find that my score has either gone up or down, for no apparent reason. This time it's gone down. I click to find out "what's impacting your score", and get a list of positive things and something 'to monitor', which is that I don't have a mortgage. How can I monitor this? A mortgage won't magically appear. Rubbish.
