I've been using this app for years and never had an issue UNTIL NOW!! I have items that need added to my site, but the app updated on 8/16/24 and it hasn't worked right since! It won't upload a single picture no matter which way I try to do it, no matter where the file is located or what type of file or what size the file is. It won't load them! I can do the description, price, etc. but NO PICTURES. People won't buy if there's no pictures!!

In the past couple of months this app has become completely unreliable. I have a compatible phone but it keeps telling me to connect hardware, reader failed to connect. I have done everything to try to get it to allow me to tap to pay, some days it works some days it doesn't. Uninstalling, reinstalling the app, logging in and out, turing on and off developer options, nothing seems to work. Until it does, and then later it doesn't.

That sounds really frustrating. It's possible the reader itself is the issue. If you're open to it, please reach out to us so we can look into this with you and see if you're eligible for a warranty.

Fees keep going up, and taking payments gets harder and harder. Tap to Pay on my Samsung phone keeps failing. Says can't connect to hardware or something. There are a lot of complaints for the same problem from others. FIX IT SQUARE!!!! So then I have to manually enter the card, which takes forever, and charges me a HIGHER fee! Fix your app!!!
