Love it Simple, inventory, expenses tickets, accepting credit cards easier than ever,
Passed off customer Customer deposited money had to wait 2 days to see it. Then made another sale now can't deposit money because I have to verify account. What kind of BS business is this, I have bills to pay and kids to feed. To makes things worse I been on phone with customer service for almost an hr.and no one answers. I use itfor personal use, they got my bank info, home address, name phone number. What else you need from me, my life story. Terrible business!
I like the turn around Used to be a 5 star rating unit this happened. Still waiting for My card "contactless reader". I was hoping I'd have for the Holidays, I ordered it in Oct. Very disappointed. 😢👎 Looking at some other options... Just saying...
Worst This is by far the worst online service i ever had. I got a payment of 1000 dollars from a customer and they say i have to verify myself. What kind of bullshit is this? They have all my info and now they want me to verify myself again.
Four salons and im so happy I've four pet salons and for years I was being screwed by corporate credit terminals. Not anymore, easy to set up easy to use. Yes a little more pricely but your paying for convienence. Client accused us of double charging although we didn't and when I called they answered right away.... a person not automated, love them
Great system, great processing This has met all our needs, really decent rates particularly when you do away with the monthly fees of a standard counter-top processor, flexibility, less over-head in the long run for season business, GREAT full register system, easy inventory set up and tracking, super easy to chuck a second register on with a second device in an instant when there is a rush (and it all syncs to the one day's sales...amazing!). I really enjoy using this. I would love for the card transactions and deposit to show up in my drawer reports, but that's just a little thing that doesn't really matter. Would love a way to print all the day's activity, like a full journal tape. We can see it on-screen, which is excellent and clear, but the xls export is onerous to read. I would love for it to print what we see for transactions on screen. It only prints the visible part and a scroll bar, not the entire conents of the page.
