Cannot access chat feature on contact support, have asked for MONTHS for help. Since they updated the app last year, I cannot talk to an agent...try to get hold of them through email is near impossible. Beyond frustrating and losing work over it. They also told me there was plenty of work in Texas, NO...No work. There used to be plenty. Not happy with this app at all anymore. It's not the same since the change.

I had to submit a timesheet for time correction, and after 10 days, I STILL have not gotten the rest of my pay. If you work for them, don't expect them to pay you if you mess up on clocking in or out, and don't know how to correct it in the app. It shouldn't take this long to verify that I did, INDEED, work the full shift!! I feel so disrespected, and disregarded after a handful of attempts to talk to customer service to ask about my money.

This app is really nice for healthcare workers who just want to work as they go. It pays well. However, you are penalized on attendance so harshly for canceling a shift, but only get 5 points on your attendance for working and clocking in on time. I recently had an unexpected death in my family and had to cancel some shifts and I lost my near perfect attendance score because of it! Like I said, this app helps a lot with finding work, but I wish they would fix their score sheet for attendance.
