Am Anfang fand ich die App noch gut. mittlerweile komme ich kaum noch in meine kryptos rein, vielleicht alle paar Wochen mal, weil die App einfach nur ewig lädt und nichts passiert, was extrem frustrierend ist. Das Kaufen funktioniert natürlich weiterhin super. aber an sein Geld kommt man so nicht mehr.

die ganze Zeit war ich sehr zufrieden mit counbase. was mich extrem stört sind diese zT sehr hohen Ladezeiten - und zwar auch wenn ich mobile Daten und 5G an habe. Leider tritt es Recht unregelmäßig auf. Ich habe noch keine Lösung gefunden, die in dieser Situation tatsächlich funktioniert. Das andere Thema mit der SteuerID habe ich auch. Ich hatte die Umfrage ausgefüllt. Am Ende sagte mir die App, dass die Daten inkorrekt seien. wenn die Punkte behoben wird, wird die Bewertung wieder besser.

Die Performance der App ist richtig schlecht. Dauernd wird das Interface verändert. Wenn man hilfe sucht ist der Support quasi nicht da. Ebenso die ständigen Aufforderungen der App irgendwelche Angaben zu machen, versucht man jedoch seine Adresse anzupassen ist das ein fast unmöglicher Akt. coinbase ist in der app oder im Web nur noch schlecht. Die Antwort von Coinbase auf diese Rezension zeigt wie absolut egal ihnen eigentlich die Rezension ist. Ich werde damit wohl am Ende zur Konkurrenz gehen
