I had a disappointing experience with ConfirmTkt due to their unprofessional approach and lack of customer-centric service. I was charged for an FCF (Free Cancellation Fee) service that I couldn’t even use, as it’s not applicable within 4 hours of the train's departure. Despite reaching out to customer service for clarification, I was met with unhelpful responses and delays in resolving the issue. My ticket booking was at 10:10 AM for the train on the he same day at 1:30 PM.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. There is no customer support team available to answer calls or respond to emails. It feels like they’re only interested in taking money without offering any real service. Even after doing email to you 2 days back. I didn't get any response. On top of it, your phone number never connects to support . Keeps repeating Ivr recordings. Kindly provide service gracefully.

Hi ConfirmTkt I wanted to highlight an issue I encountered while using the ConfirmTkt app. When I checked the running status for my trip scheduled on October 19th, the app displayed the status for November 19th instead. This can be quite confusing for users trying to track their current trips. I hope this can be addressed in future updates. Thank you!
