Easy app to download, instructions are clear and concise and when at the location their people are friendly and quick! Dropping off bottles and vans and not having to do the work is nice and fast. also, the app doesn't ask for bank info. When you want the money, it is an e-transfer. I hesitated to use this drop off service as I didn't want to share my banking info or a credit card. (e-transfers can be done with a phone number). I recommend it (service) and the app.

Love being able to stick a label on my transparent bag filled with cans & plastic bottles and leave it to be sorted and counted, rather than placing the cans & bottles in the machine one at a time. Saves me a lot of time and I know that these cans and bottles are being properly recycled.

App works fine, the return process is pretty easy and it takes no time to receive your e-transfer. But it takes a long long time to process when you drop off bags. Last time it took almost a month to process.
