I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

I'm giving this app 3 stars because the system at a whole is good. If I were to rate just the app, it would get one start and I would uninstall it. Very slow and very buggy, especially where the cameras are concerned. Sometimes they don't load at all, and I no longer get notifications from the one camera. If Cove fixes the app, I would give them 5 stars. But until then, I'm on the fence between keeping them or not.

its ok. I like the system, but the cameras are slow to come up. It lags a bit while scrolling the camera view. The bad part is, the cameras dont load sometimes so ill have to exit the app and close it, bring it back up just to wait another full minute for video feed to actually come up on the phone. I have a galaxy s25 ultra, so it should work fine on my phone, but doesnt. The app could run alot smoother in my personal opinion.
