Worst customer service ever! I changed the prices of the products and all the variants of my products were gone. I tried to add the variants again but there was no option so I reported the issue to shoopy customer care on WhatsApp and it's been more than one month since I reported the problem but they did not solve it and on top of that they have been avoiding me since last 20 days. The issue is not resolved yet and I am still unable to add the variants of my products.

One of the best app! Easy to use and there are more features which helps a lot for small business. It will also make your website look more professional without paying premium, But the thing is after the lastest update it's taking bit time and hangs to upload the catalogue other than that as a small entrepreneur it helps me a lot. Also, i completed more than 200+ orders by using this app! you can go for it.

this is the best ever app and I know it as credit but it is very well because one rupee cost 3 credits vs very affordable and the minimum is 50 I love it I am damn us it until my business established and continue till my business is there in market and thank you for shoopy for developing this app
