App doesn't work correctly. The times are not correct. The app said zero wait and we checked in, we arrived within 3 minutes of checking in on the app and there was actually a 45 min to an hour wait. The staff at Cuts By Us doesn't actually check you in until you get there even if you check in online. So this doesn't save any time at all.

This app is trying to be like the Great Clips app but falls short significantly. First of all, I cannot select a store from a 2D map and make an appointment. After making an appointment, there is no indication that the appointment actually worked.

Doesn't work on multiple fronts. 1) app is not constantly crashing. 2) The CBUs near me do not recognize the app for check in. 3) the wait times are awfully incorrect.
