Works pretty well, not many times has it crashed or had anything that prevented use of the app in the years of using it. I wish you could fill out the report for the client when you're clocked in and add to it as the day goes on. Having to wait til you press the clock out and confirm it, it asked for you to fill out the report but the time you actually clock out is when your done filling out the report and not when you confirmed clocked out, doing it this way makes Inconsistent time clock outs.

Usually needs to be connected to WiFi to work properly, awful when you have run out of data. Today before I log in, it says it's out of date and to confirm to update. So I update by pressing confirm, nothing happens. I tried your typical stuff like turning on and off the wifi, closing the app, I even uninstalled it and i get the same thing. Last time I used it was yesterday afternoon and it was working. Update1/2021: add a feature where it updates itself.

Absolutely horrible!! I'm unable to use any features after I'm clocked in, if I accidentally forget to clock in, my employer has to change it. I'm then told I will get "flagged" if it happens too often. My previous jobs app would let me clock-in and out anytime during my shift. I understand that there might be a few people who try to take advantage of this, but if that were the case, the employer would spot it immediately. Very frustrating.
