My experience with the app is now horrible. I have used the app for many years, and suddenly, when I tried logging in, it didn't go beyond the blue screen, which has Dstv stream logo..this has be going on for over 3 months now. I had updated it, cleared cache, and reinstalled it, but it's still the same issue. Now I can't watch EPL on the go because of this issue. It's frustrating. Pls I need a fix.

DStv Stream could be a great app, but lately, it's been nothing but frustration on my smart TV. Every time I try to watch a channel, I get an error, even though the channel overview loads fine. Strangely, it works perfectly on my phone and laptop, so why can’t it work on my TV? And please don’t say “clear cache” or “restart” – I’ve done all that, and nothing helps. DStv, please fix this ASAP! It’s beyond annoying for paying customers to deal with these issues.

I think it was bad idea to have TV play at landscape by default unlike in the past where you could control it by twisting your phone around if you need it. Now you've moved settings to the left of the screen so you have to have both hands on your smartphone to access that if you're right-handed because with one hand the option is far from your thumb.
