Ratings and reviews

I only have one channel on my GOtv Stream (Dish on TV). There is nothing else there, despite having an active subscription. I think it is disgraceful that there is no way to contact anyone to address this issue. All contact options are not functional. Even the confused developer is busy calling the app "Dstv Stream" in the "What's new" section

For two weeks now especially after the updating the app, I've been unable to watch anything on any channel. The application opens perfectly but the screen remains blank when I try to watch anything. Please try to resolve this as I've noticed it on some other devices too.

For over a month now what I see when I open this App is a black screen with 'DStv Dish on TV' written there. What's really happening? Secondly, each time I log into the App, it takes me through a long & unnecessary route of verifying if I'm a robot. It brings out a lot of objects asking me to identify. One day, I was going through that verification process and a program that I wanted to watch started at 8PM local time and ended at 9PM Please fix all these
