I had the app DSTV Stream all along and was working well. Now I been trying to make online payment and all methods not working. I usually do it over the web but it's down since yesterday. So I went into the app and when I click "MyDSTV it gives notification that there is an updated version. I download this apparently updated app but it doesn't allow me to even enter details for sign in. Keeps on giving error, and your email helpline is no longer available either.

The so-called "new and better" app which we were all forced to use is a disappointment which sucks on many levels. It is supposed to make payments easier yet I have been stuck at processing payments for 30 mins. My subscription is about to expire and this stupid, ill-brained conceived app is making the process arduous. I wish I could rate it minus hundred (-100) stars because that's it's true rating.

I just had to write a review just for formalities because I already know nothing will be done to better our experience with this unreliable app. Nothing is working here and I just downloaded it a few minutes ago. I was wondering what the issue is until I started reading reviews from other customers and I realized I just entered "one chance". To clear errors is a problem, to make payments is a problem and so on and so forth. Isn't the Multichoice company way bigger than this mess?? SMH!!
