The newly designed DStv app has more issues than the previous version. For example, it repeatedly prompts for login—even after enabling biometric sign-in, which defeats its purpose. Essential features like clearing E16 errors and similar services seem to be missing entirely. Instead, the app seems to focus mainly on the payment page, giving the impression that the company’s priority is collecting payments rather than providing a complete service experience.

There is no response from the customer agent. Additionally, I have attached the error message and i hope they response to my chat Subject: Complaint About Poor Interface and Payment Update Issues Dear DSTV Team, I’m writing to express my frustration with the recent version of your app. The new interface is not user-friendly compared to the previous one, making basic tasks more difficult to navigate. More importantly, it no longer updates payment records accurately, which is a serious concern.

The previous version worked better this has a few bugs made worse by a poor customer service experience Here are the issues I could fit in under 500 characters: 1. Under Live help this keeps timing out such that I have to keep ending the chat and reconnecting in order to see what the agent has responded 2. The staff basically told me it was a "me" problem and that I'm the only one who has complained so it must be me 3. This app does not have a way to cancel subscriptions (the main package)
