I previously found it effortless to manage my subscription payments using the old application. However, since transitioning to this new application, I am unable to view my package details, let alone process any subscription payments. I would be grateful if you could investigate whether my account experienced any issues during the application migration. While I can still utilize the shortcode, the application itself is presenting difficulties, despite being my preferred and most convenient method

Update: DStv has responded by telling me to contact LiveChat. I already spent considerable time with LiveChat regarding this exact issue. They confirmed there was no affordable option for Premier League access, and I ultimately cancelled my package. Sending me back to the same support channel does not resolve the issue.

You give rewards (competition entries) but when you use them to enter, the app shows an error...."something went wrong...please try again...". What is the purpose of receiving "rewards" you cannot use? Update: After the competition entries now working intermittently, I also noticed the last 2 months that after redeeming free box office movies (oene free movie for the month), they have proceeded to bill me for the movie. Be aware.
