The subscription I did over 24 hours now is not yet reflecting on my TV or phone, but it's reflecting only on my laptop. It's now more difficult to clear errors from your app, yet your WhatsApp channel keeps directing me back to the app. People are busy these days. Help us make things less frustrating. I can't be wasting time chasing a subscription I paid for! Your updated app is quite difficult to navigate and get basic things done. Do better!

I had the app DSTV Stream all along and was working well. Now I been trying to make online payment and all methods not working. I usually do it over the web but it's down since yesterday. So I went into the app and when I click "MyDSTV it gives notification that there is an updated version. I download this apparently updated app but it doesn't allow me to even enter details for sign in. Keeps on giving error, and your email helpline is no longer available either.

How do you retire an app version and force customers onto a “newer and better” one that doesn’t even have feature parity? The former may not have had a fancy UI, but it worked. The new version is a struggle with sign‑in especially first time, and I've only managed to do that on one device. Brilliant! It restricts package management to only switching, and while the payment setup may have aimed at flexibility, it just adds confusion. Wonderful! Really wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.
