This service has so much potential. The app glitches out constantly though and you end up having to book online an hour early. They're supposed to call you or you are supposed to get a message when they're 5 minutes out but the evening drivers will literally just drive off if you're even 5 feet away. The morning drivers are 10/10, but the evening drivers need some serious training. I've had them leave after showing up early or just not show up period, SO many times and end up late.

First off only less than half of my busses have actually been on time; Second the bus could be on time or it could be 2 hours late (It has happened to me in 95°) and they don't call you and tell you it's going to be late, message you, anything; then there's the fact that they call you when the bus is supposedly 5 minutes away and tell you to wait at the pickup location they have on the map if it's not in a spot they like they'll say they can't find you and two of those then you have to pay them.

Love it! Super affordable and flexible! :) Keep it up Delaware!
