The app needs improving you can't see what a customer has ordered until you check in at restaurant which means you don't know what size bag you need to collect order. Also it doesn't navigate automatically once accepting an order like Uber does you have to go to third party navigation app. Also there doesn't appear to be a floating bubble like Uber and screen doesn't stay on permanently like Uber's does, hopefully these will be sorted out soon, other than that it is ok

The app, in general, is fine it works. But 1. GPS is off sometimes, e.g, you are at the restaurant, but I can't click arrived. You need to go 100 yards or more down the road to click, arrived then go back to the restaurant. 2. Pay is poor the majority of the time, the minimum needs be at least £5.00 plus waiting time, or if a restaurant is closed, the restaurant should be charged so we the rider can get the minimum payment. 3. The app doesn't keep screen on. You have to keep touching the phone

The app gives riders no indication of how many riders are currently working or the number of orders, it gives low, normal, high and very high. Low and normal are pretty much the same. We do not see the 2nd customer address when the order changes to a double at a restaurant. There is no transparency of how fees are created. They claim it is distance based but once you work for Deliveroo you'll see it is not the case. Sometimes it says fees can't be shown but you'll be payed anyway, that's illegal
