The Saver Fleet fare now charges a 25% commission -really? I'm no longer getting regular fares. Saver Fleet is replacing regular fares entirely. Airport trips now carry a 20% commission. They're doing this much more subtly than Uber, gradually increasing fees. After every update, something is missing or not working. The app has too many unnecessary features. We drivers are being treated unfairly. They should charge one flat rate for all trips-just one fee, that's all.

Horribly high commission charged by free now, 15%. 13-05-25 Over the last 6 weeks I have accepted several jobs advertised with a bonus from freenow. Ive not received the bonus for any of these jobs. I have logged each instance with "support". Still not fixed. 5-6-25 Update. FreeNow have still not paid me any of the Bonuses owed. Support still investigating. update 8-1-26 still not received my bonuse. still no update from freenow other than they keep closing my ticket with no answer. terrible app

Application could be better if works same as Uber cancel system by passenger straightway funds showing in drivers wallet I had many times went to customer they weren't responded so my trip I have to cancel wait over 5 minutes and nothing get from Free Now please if you want compete Uber think about your software otherwise spending money on advertisement is waste of money
