Ratings and reviews

I opened an existing document on my mobile phone after installing the app for the first time. When I tried to tap on a text box from a preset form to edit the contents, the entire text box was moved instead. To my surprise, there was also no undo button in the mobile app interface. There was also no way to exit the document without saving changes, nor to revert the version of the document that was automatically saved on close. Uninstalled immediately.

DocHub is super easy to use for editing and signing PDFs. I especially like how smooth the signing process is. One thing I’d love to see is a built-in template library for common forms, which would save a lot of time when working with repetitive documents.

poor support. I needed technical support. it was erasing and removing information that I submitted. I tried on their desktop mode. I have tried in their app. I reached out to support. I sent them screen recordings of me doing their technical steps. I sent them my file. I allowed them access into my file. I allowed them editor mode into my file and still they have not troubleshooted my issue. they continue to have me repeat the steps over and over again and it has been over half a month.
